Pontoon works has the sole distributing rights for Jetfloat Modular Pontoons in the UK and Ireland and since 2006 have been their top distributor.
Jetfloat International has been producing their modular pontoon system since 1971 and their pioneering design has remained unchanged and unequalled. The superior German engineering and dedication to quality plastics and mouldings has meant that despite many attempts at imitation the ingenious simple design has yet to be bettered. We think “why mend what isn’t broken?”
Our demanding hire service really puts the pontoon through its paces, being reformatted and dragged around every week; and by investing in the product for our own uses, not only are we showing off its true capabilities but we are also realising that some aspects of our work cannot be achieved with any other system on the market.
The longevity, ease of use and the jetfloat relationship is paramount to the success of our business but more importantly our in depth knowledge of the marine environment and how to address each location has certainly attributed to our growing success. We are already finding that some of the copy cat systems are failing to fulfil their bold claims of durability.
Because we run a dedicated technical service we are often called upon to consult for other Jetfloat installations around the globe and we are the only modular pontoon distributor providing such a comprehensive service. We have a strong working relationship and the Jetfloat distributor network which keeps us abreast of the global market.
